Intergovernmental Relations: Process: (The Same-Sex Policy Assessment)
Introduction
Religious movements in the community have always focused on the righteous of path of the natural law. Despite, the focus on the integrating modern cultures, such as equality and lack of discrimination, many religious movements are refuting the policy of same sex marriages in the community. Illinois’ culture is changing greatly and it is focusing on the natural law and how to improve, share, and support same sex marriages in the community. The policy of same sex marriage proposes to bind the community to protect and create a unified culture, which adopts all the marriages in the community. Since then, policy debates focusing on marriage and partnership rights for same-sex couples have led academics and policy-makers alike to use certain data and metrics in hopes of gaining a more complete and accurate understanding of this population (e.g., Gates and Ost 2004; Congressional Budget Office 2004; Badgett and Sears 2005) (Gates, 2006).There is also the need to ensure the community understands and creates the creative allocation of support and willful support of each other. It is the manner of communication, which focuses on the changes, ways, and collaborative culture of equal rights and protection of human rights. The policy makes a platform for ensuring the community is protected and every member of the society appreciated. Thus, it is a policy, which focuses on the changes in the community and by focusing on the value for resources and engaging on the commemorating value in the community.
The proposing of the policy is targeting all the minorities in the community. As a policy, same sex marriage policy supports all the family and marriage act regulations. Moreover, an analysis of the ACS 2005 data reveal that: The number of same-sex couples in the U.S. grew by more than 30 percent from 2000 to 2005, from nearly 600,000 couples in 2000 to almost 777,000 in 2005 (Gates,2006). The aim is to ensure, improve, and create the different changes in the community, such as, communication, protection of the rights to be registered and often be valued in the community. There is the need of focusing on the changes in the community, by evaluating the importance of equality to meet the values of commonality. It is also a process of giving the community’s minority a foundation of belonging to the community and gaining a platform for inclusion.
The opposition of the same sex marriage policy are many and this takes from the religious movements. They are opposing the movement since it is not a popular culture, its roots are not on the community’s norms, but, they co-exist in the modern community drawn by different acts. It is this act, which helps to transform and improve communication, support and universal linking of all religious sects in the community. Anti-gay groups and other lifestyle organization are focusing on the religious paths and this helps to improve, develop, and increase different religious based processes. The essence is to improve, develop, and create a common platform of association on winning and increasing the potential affiliations of the community.
ACS USEFUL IN ESTIMATING THE SIZE OF THE GLB POPULATION
Census and ACS are the only sources of data available that count the number of same-sex couples at state and local levels. These data can be useful in generating estimates of the size of the entire gay, lesbian, and bisexual (GLB) population for states, metropolitan areas, and within Congressional districts (Gates,2006). There is the need for a policy change, especially on the family and marriage act. The passing of the bill by the congress and following the Supreme Court’s decision on the same, it appoints to give, develop, and improve effective performance for the community. It is a move, motive, and plan for increasing resources, such as contemplating on the importance of improving the socialization amongst the community. If it is a move, logic, and actualization of the same sex marriage policy in the community, it will provide a platform for inclusion and equality. Same sex couples will get marriage certificates and licenses and this will help to improve and support same sex marriages in the community. It will also provide a basis for implementing cultural changes with the conception of not being persecuted in the community. This is the nature, means, and ways to attempt on implementing and creating resources, which will support, improve, and contemplate on the benefits on the community. It is also a culture to improve and develop inclusion as a process for improving and creating a platform for inclusion and a common culture.
