BUSINESS MANAGEMENT A+ WORK, ON TIME, NO PLAGARIZING; ON TIME
The MBA studies have had a significant influence on my Career Development Plan (CDP) because they have enhanced the knowledge and skills I require to develop as a professional. The program has illuminated me with such useful skills like strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving that are very crucial to the success in the current business world that is competitive. The management, finance, marketing and organizational behavior courses have made me realize the way business is conducted and the manner in which effective decisions are made. The skills enable me to interpret complicated situations, compare solutions, and make well-informed decisions that can help organizational objectives. Moreover, the MBA course has enhanced my skills in cooperating with different teams and sharing ideas in a professional and understandable manner. These skills are very relevant to my career objective and offer a good basis to continually advance my profession. All in all, the knowledge and practical skills acquired during the MBA program would facilitate my CDP as I would be equipped to assume leadership positions and play a positive role in the success of organizations.
