Collection of Idea: Physical fitness and exercises importance in Children
Physical fitness and exercise practices are important in the day to day activities. The collection of data and ideas show that there exist articles and research that aim at addressing the importance of school and home based co-curriculum activities to children at early stages of development. To promote healthy growth and development in kids, it is important to address and focus on the importance of the exercises and physical activities. Health is directly proportional to physical exercises. Outdoor activities are important in academic progression as well as physical fitness for healthy developments.
The data collected and assessed from the qualitative approaches of activities and relationship between health and physical exercise in children pinpointed important aspects. The ideas were based on interviews and questionnaire assessment of hypothetical information. Outdoor activities are important in the development and strengthening of the bones of the kids at early stages of growth. Sporting activities, recreation services and field tripping ensures maximum exercise of the body thus giving room for health advancements. In addition, participation in the outdoor exercise and co-curricular activities ensures that pupils and children freely engage in the field operations.
The games and sports departments in schools and learning institutions played a significant role in early stages of growth and development in kids. Children participate in the actions to ensure competition and accountability between them. The low performers are known and believed to dedicate themselves with huge efforts in participation in game events with higher competition potentials than what they do in class. Through the competitions, they are motivated to participate and deepen their love and passion in sporting activities. Knowingly or unknowingly, they are able to uplift their health conditions and wellbeing as they improve and raise their health positively.
