The information will be used to contact you in case you are selected to participate in a paid focus group. You should therefore provide it only if you are willing to participate.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this survey. In the survey you will answer several questions to evaluate various features that are considered in the purchase pattern of organic or inorganic vegetable as well as fruits products. Some of the questions involve ticking. Just tick one box only. Where you have been asked to explain further, kindly ensure that your answer is limited to one sentence .The estimated completion time is 25 minutes provided. We request that you be honest and accurate. The answers that you provide in this questionnaire will be completely anonymous. The supervisors will clarify on areas that you may not understand hence raise your hand once you have an issue. If you complete your paper within the first 20 minutes, raise your hand for the supervisor to collect it.

Note: Products in this case means fruits and vegetables for example spinach, kale celery, peaches, apples, nectarines, potatoes, mixed nuts and cashew nuts.
