What did you do? when i was eating my lunch in a restaurant i saw a homeless man standing outside the restaurant looking at me. So, I ordered another pizza and gave it to him. 

When did you do it (date & time)? Wednesday at 3:00 pm

How did it make you feel? I feel amazing for helping person who really needs help.  

How does this help you in your mindfulness journey? it gives me a sense of pleasure in helping and make others happy. so, that reflects on me and make me excited to do more.

What did you do? help my classmate in her assignment. 

When did you do it (date & time)? Monday - 3th September 

How did it make you feel ? it makes me feel great 

How does this help you in your mindfulness journey ? it makes me want to help more also it's give the feeling of complacency. as well as mindfulness journey do.

What did you do : buy water bottles for a group of workers

How did it make you feel : it makes me happy to help them 

How does this help you in your mindfulness journey : helping other people always makes me great and want to help more and more. it has a great impact on my day.

How did it make you feel? happy and pleased  How does this help you in your mindfulness journey ? it makes me in a good mood to see my friend happy because of me
