The Same-Sex Policy Discussion

1. Introduction

Religious movements in the community have always focused on the righteous of path of the natural law. Despite, the focus on the integrating modern cultures, such as equality and lack of discrimination, many religious movements are refuting the policy of same sex marriages in the community. Illinois’ culture is changing greatly and it is focusing on the natural law and how to improve, share, and support same sex marriages in the community.

2. The policy issues

Despite, the focus on the integrating modern cultures, such as equality and lack of discrimination, many religious movements are refuting the policy of same sex marriages in the community. Illinois’ culture is changing greatly and it is focusing on the natural law and how to improve, share, and support same sex marriages in the community.

3. Aims of the Policy

· Community Integration

The policy of same sex marriage proposes to bind the community to protect and create a unified culture, which adopts all the marriages in the community.

· Human Rights

It is the manner of communication, which focuses on the changes, ways, and collaborative culture of equal rights and protection of human rights. The policy makes a platform for ensuring the community is protected and every member of the society appreciated.

· The need for change

There is also the need to ensure the community understands and creates the creative allocation of support and willful support of each other. Thus, it is a policy, which focuses on the changes in the community and by focusing on the value for resources and engaging on the commemorating value in the community.

4. Proposing the policy

· Targeting minorities

The proposing of the policy is targeting all the minorities in the community

· Family and marriage act

As a policy, same sex marriage policy supports all the family and marriage act regulations. The aim is to ensure, improve, and create the different changes in the community, such as, communication, protection of the rights to be registered and often be valued in the community.

· Equality in the community

There is the need of focusing on the changes in the community, by evaluating the importance of equality to meet the values of commonality

· Protection of People’s rights

It is also a process of giving the community’s minority a foundation of belonging to the community and gaining a platform for inclusion.

5. Opposing the policy

· Religious movements

The opposition of the same sex marriage policy are many and this takes from the religious movements.

· Culture and norms

They are opposing the movement since it is not a popular culture, its roots are not on the community’s norms, but, they co-exist in the modern community drawn by different acts. It is this act, which helps to transform and improve communication, support and universal linking of all religious sects in the community.

· Lifestyle and social status

Anti-gay groups and other lifestyle organization are focusing on the religious paths and this helps to improve, develop, and increase different religious based processes. The essence is to improve, develop, and create a common platform of association on winning and increasing the potential affiliations of the community.

6. The need for Policy change

· Family and marriage act

There is the need for a policy change, especially on the family and marriage act.

· Legislature

The passing of the bill by the congress and following the Supreme Court’s decision on the same, it appoints to give, develop, and improve effective performance for the community.Same sex couples will get marriage certificates and licenses and this will help to improve and support same sex marriages in the community.

· Inclusion

It is a move, motive, and plan for increasing resources, such as contemplating on the importance of improving the socialization amongst the community. If it is a move, logic, and actualization of the same sex marriage policy in the community, it will provide a platform for inclusion and equality.

· Cultural assimilation

It will also provide a basis for implementing cultural changes with the conception of not being persecuted in the community. This is the nature, means, and ways to attempt on implementing and creating resources, which will support, improve, and contemplate on the benefits on the community. It is also a culture to improve and develop inclusion as a process for improving and creating a platform for inclusion and a common culture.
