Background

You are a professor at a well-known business university. Tonight, you plan to deliver a lecture for your students on the current and future use of technology in business. Business leaders must determine which technological advances may benefit their mission and goals and what their competitors may be using. After reading the resources and watching the video for this week, you will develop a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation with audio for your lecture. Be sure to add at least 100 words in the notes section of each slide of the PPT found below the slide and visuals in the slide.

Instructions

In your PPT, be sure to address for this assignment that addresses the following points:

· Identify the current use of technology in business.

· Discuss how technology can support business efforts to remain competitive and sustainable while accomplishing its mission.

· Share how technology enables remote work for organizations that are global and in times of potential crisis.

· Consider how technology can help during times of economic uncertainty and social unrest. 

· List at least 5 key things businesses should consider when deciding which technology to use.

· Conclude with an overview of the future trends for using technology in business.

Length: 12-15 slides plus speaker notes of at least 100 words per slide.

References: Include a minimum of 4 scholarly resources.
