Reflective Leadership Plan

Write a 750-1,000 -word paper demonstrating an integration of concepts learned in class with your own personal leadership philosophy.

Include the following in your paper:

· Identify leadership theory(ies) to support your leadership development plan

· Identify gaps between the leader you are now and the leader you would like to become

· Discuss your leadership strengths and weaknesses and a plan to capitalize on your strengths and modify your weaknesses

· Discuss how you will use your plan to impact your leadership, your followers, and your organization.

· Discuss how you will assess and modify your plan to ensure you are on track.

Use a minimum of five references to support your synthesis. References should be peer-reviewed sources from the University Library and not textbooks, newspapers, magazines, dictionaries, or non-scholarly websites.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines, which includes:

· Properly formatted title page

· Organize the discussion by using subheadings reflecting the main topics discussed; remember the introduction does not have a subheading

· Properly formatted in-text citations

· Properly formatted references per APA guidelines

· First person is acceptable for this paper, but minimize the use of first and second person.

· Avoid the usage of words on the ‘list of words to avoid’

· Refer to the writing materials provided under the Class Message titled ‘Writing Tips’

· Content goes beyond description/regurgitation – literature is appropriately integrated with writer’s own views

· Presentation of ideas is clear and structured

· Formatting, layout, citations, and references adhere to the sixth edition APA style guide
