Apple Inc. is the world's largest leading brand in electronics and information technology. The company builds a revolutionary image through its innovative designs and range of products like cell phones(iPhones), Laptops (Mac book), iPads, iPods, and computer software. The headquarter is based in the USA, Founded by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak while targeting the niche market through their premium prices generating a lot of revenues while recognized under Forbes 2016 ranking as a valuable company in the ICT category (Gazerani 2020).

The new entrants of Android companies like Samsung, Huawei, and Google Phones have built a huge competition for Apple. Apple has to share the revenues and sales in the Asia market due to the high rate of matching features (Ghiyath et al., 2021).
