Do you work well with other people?

I enjoy working with people, I nominated myself to serve and help the Saudi students at California state

university of San Bernardino.

What are your strengths as leader in your unit?

i use good communication with people work with me in the club, i always use Honesty and

integrity, confidence. i have Commitment and Passion for the club i also have Decision Making

Capabilities i inspire students and co-workers.

What are your weaknesses as leader?

well its not essay to say i have weaknesses but i will be honest with you. Leadership isn't easy.

Not everyone was built to be a boss. To be a good one, it requires near-constant reflection and

self-evaluation to ensure you're serving your team and yourself well. my weaknesses are Lack

of trust in employees, i always want to be liked by people around me. i also dont want people

to tell me what to do because i am the boss.

What would you do if you misunderstood an important communication on the job?

As soon as i know that i misunderstood, i would stop processing the transaction.

Misunderstanding is a mistake and i cant make another mistake by putting that into an action. I

go back to the meeting or call to review what was i instructed to do and then this time i

understand and confirm with my client that i got correct information.

Describe your communication skills?

well i am Active listener i pay attention to small things. Friendliness, confidence i have respect

to everyone. i have understanding for people work with me in the club and even for students

who got problems.

How would you go about simplifying a complex issue in order to explain it to a client or

colleague?

First I've to listen from the client the all on complex issues and understand then one by one will

give in the right way in the simplicity to understand the solutions to client or colleague with

balancing relationship as well for future goals as well and others
