This is more than a skeletal, but it needs a little more filling out with one or two "what you learned" content. 

I think the content you created for the Transfer Admissions Pre-Planning Worksheet regarding strengths would go well in this personal statement. It just seems to fit. You could add it with the uncle content or after the volunteer content.

I think the reference to your uncle's misdiagnosis is just perfect for this type of personal statement. 

Now answer the question, "How did I help my uncle overcome his misdiagnosis?"
