Nowadays, people must have a healthy body, because keeping healthy is very necessary and important in our life. A healthy body depends on a human in all matters of their life. For example, walking is a great way to improve our body. In one hand, many people walk to their works, school, and many other places. On the other hand, many people use transportations to get to work that also helps them to improve their body. In general, people walk every day for a small reason that helps their body to be healthy. One of the most important types of health that many people are interested in is physical health. In addition, the most important food that people should eat for good health is vegetables, fruits, and vitamins. One example of the best vegetables that I like is potatoes. Potatoes are one of the greatest vegetables produce in this world that has nutritional and harm benefits. Sometimes, potatoes can be unhealthy. Before arguing why potatoes are unhealthy, in the article that published recently in the New York Times, the writer Christopher Mele argues about what’s the harm of eating French fries. “potatoes have a high glycemic index, to an increased risk of obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.” This is the reason why potatoes are unhealthy. Thus, in my opinion, eating healthy food, drinking water, and practicing sports help us to improve our body in the right way.
The first point of keeping a healthy body is eating healthy food that helps us to improve our body in the right way. There are many kinds of healthy foods that we can eat, but sometimes healthy foods like potatoes as a French fry are unhealthy for us. Yes, potatoes are kind of vegetables and it is healthful, but when foods cooked in an unhealthy way, it becomes harmful for us. Humans cannot live without eating. Food provides people with the necessary energy that allows the body to grow normally. people must pay good attention to what they are eating because their body will inevitably be affected by the quality of food. There are some foods that cause harm to the human body and lead to health problems. When people eat healthy food, they will definitely get a healthy body. Eating healthy food is rich in all the nutrients vital to get a strong physical structure and a strong immune system. Also, eating healthy food means eating rich foods in essential nutrients to the human body that contributes to its building and durability. Moreover, many healthy foods give us proteins, vitamins, various minerals, fatty acids, and carbohydrates that are very good to have a healthy body. People should avoid fatty foods and fatty sweets that cause high cholesterol in their body. These kinds of food lead to obesity and narrow arteries, and the incidence of many diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and sudden clots.
The second point of keeping a healthy body is drinking water that helps us to improve our body in the right way. Water is the main component of the human body. Adequate and regular consumption of water has many health benefits. The good point of drinking water is that it has no calories, fat, carbohydrates or sugars. The amount of water consumed each day plays an important role in maintaining the health of the body. The recommend of drinking water is from 8 to 10 glasses every day to maintain good health. Water helps keep the body hydrated, which is necessary. Almost every cell in the body needs water to function properly. Furthermore, water reduces fatigue, improves mood, treats headaches and migraine, helps lose weight, regulates body temperature, maintains healthy skin, and many other important points for the body. Drinking plenty of water during the day is very important, but it is not fixed. People have to drink exactly the same amount of water that is recommended, not less or more than that to have a healthy body. Most of the time, the need of water depends on the nature of the person. People who sweat frequently or exercise regularly may need quantities more water than low-functioning people. Drinking more water can alleviate a bad mood or persistent hunger. Water can also be obtained from foods and beverages such as coffee, tea, milk, and Fruits, vegetables.
However, the last point of keeping healthy is practicing sports that help us to improve our body in the right and wrong way at the same time. The article that published recently in the New York Times, the writer Nick Bilton argues about The Health Concerns in Wearable Tech “Technology has changed the way we purchase products, the way we live, the way we communicate, the way we travel, the way we learn and so many changes have been brought about by these continuous technological advancements.” To illustrate, technological advances have reduced the mobility of many people. Technological has many negative effects on our body health. It changes everything in our life such as the way we live. These days, technological advances making people very lazy. Before technological advances, people walk to their family and friends to get in touch, but after the technological advances, people are contacting and texting by phone. When people do everything by phone, they prevent themselves from movement. These technologies effects not only our body and health in movement, but also it has a big effect on the brain and many other body members. There are many ways and solution to avoid these situations, but no one will listen.
In conclusion, eating healthy food, drinking water, and practicing sports are the main points that help us to improve our body in the right way. These days people must follow a good health system because health is wealth. If people do not maintain their physical and mental health, they will be affected automatically. So, people must eat on time, take breaks during the day, as well as exercise some sports daily to balance the body and mind, have enough sleep to ensure the health of both body and mind. Efforts must be made to drink enough water daily.
