According to this article, several immigrants in America are documented while others are not. This article fills this gap by arguing that the employer’s recruitment should focus on migrants from other countries but not employing those who are already in the country but undocumented. They believe this will create a transnational network of labor intermediaries. But it might take a very long period to get the paperwork processed for those who are currently on the waiting list. These groups of people have brought benefits to American economics. This resource will help to adequately describe how it is difficult right now to get a working VISA and move as an immigrant legally to the U.S. It will also help determine the possible economic challenges in the future economy when regulating supply chains.
