THE ASSIGNMENT:

Post by THURSDAY 9pm New York Time a brief description of the organization you are using for your Young Life the NPO you are to do your final project on. Then provide an explanation of how donor diversity at this particular organization might influence your selection of one or more cultivation strategies. Be specific.

To prepare for this Discussion:

• Consider how cultivation strategies might be adjusted to build relationships with diverse donors.
• Think about the nonprofit organization Young Life. Then consider specific donors on which the organization might rely.
• Reflect on unique characteristics related to each donor and how you might tailor cultivation strategies based on those characteristics.
