For this assignment, assume you are the head of training and development at a large international organization. Once a year, management in your organization meets for a training event. The theme of this year’s event is “Cultural Integration in a Multinational Organization.” You have been put in charge of the event. Your boss has asked you to submit a preliminary project plan.

When writing your preliminary plan, include the following as a minimum:

• How you will design the event (synchronous/asynchronous)
• An outline of the training topics (5 hours of training)
• A preliminary development plan
• A preliminary timeline
• A description of roles and responsibilities for those involved
• A plan to define and evaluate the success of the training
