read Forensic investigation handbook page 270 and review the case: Steiney Richards, Petitioner v. Wisconsin. Prepare a summary of what you feel that the issue in the case was. What was the rule of law being challenged/addressed? Give an analysis of the legal issue as it relates to the law set forth. And explain the conclusion that the court reached, and whypaper must be in APA format and include a cover page, abstract, discussion, conclusion, and references. Your paper should go beyond the obvious, be written at a graduate level, and must be at least 1,200 words in length. You must use at least three resources to support your position.
