a. Explain the differences between a petit jury and grand jury. 

b. Select a lawsuit of your choice or one listed in the textbook in the "standing" section. Describe the case, the ruling, and how it affected the issue of standing. 

c. In our textbook on pages 60, 75, and 76, the possibility of animals having standing is presented. Discuss the authors' position on whether animals should have standing, and present your opinion. 

d. Describe the various courts where an environmental lawsuit could occur and under which conditions each court would have jurisdiction.
