I can't attach the video but it's just a standard video showing how to come up with a thesis statment. You can google any video that will give you similiar information.

 

English class - must be 300 words - must cite any outside sources. I want to use topic #2.

 

For this week’s discussion, view the video above that discusses how to create a strong thesis that is both provable and needs to be proven.  You will be posting a possible thesis about ONE of the following topics:

  1. creating a classroom environment in an online course (like we’re doing now!)
  2. OR…reasons for the growth of online learning in America

Your post should make a firm, provable claim concerning ONE of these topics and then briefly discuss the evidence that you would provide to support this argument.  Imagine that you are making a skeleton outline of a paper that you would actually write.  Is there a particular order in which you would present your points and why would you choose this order?  Your initial post should be posted to the discussion board by Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
