Nursing Assignment-Creating a Mind Map for a Disorder

Construct a mind map of your selected disorder. Include the epidemiology, pathophysiology, risk factors, clinical presentation, and diagnosis of the disorder, as well as any adaptive responses to alterations.

The disorders are : upper respiratory tract infection, contact dermatitis, and chronic stress disorder.  Only need to select one of the disorders for the assignment. An example of mind maps are attached below.
