Select one local or regional industry (within NC) that produces treatable waste (air, water, or solid) and provide the following in sufficient details:

1. Your own alternative approach for eliminating, minimizing, recycling, or efficient treatment of such waste.
2. Discussion of the technical basis of your suggested alternative approach
3. Discussion of how you will test or evaluate the performance of your suggested alternative approach.
4. Discussion of how you will ensure that your alternative will meet the State and Federal regulatory standards.
