You will be conducting an organizational SWOT analysis of a hospitality organization that you chose in Unit 2, the organization to use is Carnival Cruise Lines.

Instructions

1. Use the template attached to this original post to execute your organizational analysis. Your title page should be your first page.

2. Your organizational analysis should be 3–4 pages minimum, not including your title and reference pages.

3. It is recommended that you conduct an informational interview with a manager in a business unit of the Hospitality organization you are studying in order to find out internal factors of interest.

4. You should use 5 references minimum. Acceptable reference resources are available in the Kaplan University Library. Be sure that you are using viable research resources in your case study (Wikipedia is not acceptable).
