To engage the idea of research, generally, I would like you to consider how research plays a role in your life. Most of us conduct at least cursory research when making a purchase. For example, when purchasing a new cell phone, computer, or tablet. We may engage in more in-depth research when making a major purchase, such as a car, motorcycle, etc. Think of research you conducted for a recent purchase (within the last months) and discuss your research process here in this journal. What type of research did you do? What convinced you to make this purchase, or to hold off? Give examples and details. If you haven't conducted research for a product purchase recently, then please discuss a future purchase you will make and what type of research process you will explore when it comes time to make that purchase.
