the topic is "Authorized Capital". i need a write up that contains every info you can get about it and an example of a recognized company that had a problem concerning the topic, analyze the problem, find solutions. 

In the write up: (10 marks each)

2. Examples and Illustrations:  The term explanation need to be explored with examples or illustration to put the concept in context and demonstrate that you are able to use the term in a practical situation
3. Identify the practical problem related to the concept:  Explore the concepts and it application in the real world and identify any challenges faced related to your concept. Explain the challenge and the objectives of your project.
4. Explain how your model will help solve the issue: Briefly write how the project will solve the problem identify and how this solution can be applied generally
