Scenario: You are leading up the strategic planning for Bedford Con Industries, a multinational cellular infrastructure provider to companies such as AT&T and T-Mobile.  You have been tasked to put together the technology strategy for the company's new "Real-Time" cellular platform, which will allow cellular data communications for both voice and data at fiber optic throughout the European Union.  This technology will be implemented worldwide through your subsidiaries located around the world.
