Sustainability paper (Environment)

The requirements are seen in attachments.(Very important if you want to help me with an A)

I need this paper for environment science class

The topic I want to choose from those two: 

1. how does eletirc car help sustainable environment and its tendency in the future

2. the cause of Chinese particulate pollution and the solution.

Those are what I want to talk about, I also do need a title. 

Do not make the paper too complicated.

You'd better keep the words and sentence simple.
