Case Preparation

As you continue your case preparation for trial, what Rules of evidence apply to the admissibility of photographic, audio, and/or video evidence that you wish to present.  Prepare a 2 page brief highlighting the issues of relevance, foundation, authentication and possibly chain of custody that you are likely to encounter.  Make sure you cite using APA and include any relevant case law and FRE that support your brief.
