students do not like schools in saudi arabia

I want to talk about an issue that exists in Saudi Arabia educational system which is that students do not like schools because their teachers and educators are not treating them professionally the problems are:

 

-teachers and educators are not prepared enough 

- they use traditional ways to teach 

-they don't follow the rules in rural communities 

 

And I need to find an program that used in any modern country and implement it in the educational system in Saudi Arabia ( this is should be about 300-500 ward written professionally with references
