Part 3   Strategic Leadership and Entrepreneurship Analysis (Microsoft) (due 9/30)

Based on the organization you selected, write a strategic leadership and entrepreneurship analysis of 350-500 words that addresses the following questions:

1. What is your sphere of influence in your organization? Based on this, what impact can you have on the implementation of your business plan?
2. What is your own bias?
3. What hurdles do you anticipate?
4. What leadership style(s) will you have to demonstrate? Where do you fall short?
5. What are your strengths and weaknesses as it relates to your business?
6. How can you impact, influence others and your organization to deliver the results you expect?

Part 4  Final Revised Capstone Business Plan (see 7 attachments) (due 10/1)

Integrate the plan components developed in each module into a finalized Strategic Business plan. Incorporate any feedback from your instructor into the final document, as well. 

Executive Summary (500 words)

1. Revise the Overview written in Module 1 into an Executive Summary of your business plan.
2. Include a few sentences to describe each section of the Business Plan so the reader can understand what will follow in the detailed sections of the plan.
