STATS RESEARCH PROJECT

Directions:

Working from the topic chosen earlier in the Topic Selection assignment, you will be designing your own statistical study. USE ATTACHED POINT AS TOPIC TO WRITE ON

In a 1250–1500 word report, discuss the design of an experiment that would expand on or relate to the research in the previously chosen article. Be sure to include the following:

1. Background information explaining the importance of the research (why it should be done) and what has been done in the past
2. Sampling and experimental design with rationale
3. Data analysis techniques (specific inferential test that would need to be used and why, include tests that would need to be done to validate the assumptions needed for the chosen inferential test)
4. Expected results as well as the questions this research will serve to answer
5. Suggestions for future research

A minimum of four (4) additional scholarly resources are required.
