Hi, I need a one page paragraph about the fowlloing quetions??

Think back over the experiences you have had at college so far.  Think specifically about a time when you should have asked for assistance with something but you did not.  What was the situation? Why were you reluctant or unable to ask for assistance?  What were you feeling when you realized you needed assistance? Now think back about a time when you should have asked for assistance and actually did ask for assistance.  What was the situation?  How did you feel about asking for help? What was the result?  Finally, think back about a time when someone asked you for assistance.  What was the situation? How did it make you feel being asked?  Were you able to provide assistance?
