S.M.A.R.T. Goals

To complete this week’s S.M.A.R.T. goals assignment please include all of the following elements:

Step 1:  Develop 5 goals you either have or would like to have. 

Step 2:  Re-write each of your established goals from Step 1 using the S.M.A.R.T. Goal format;  (See the example in the Quick Reference Notes in the VIP2 Toolbox).

Step 3:  Write summary of how re-writing your goals in S.M.A.R.T. goal format changed the way you look at the goals. Your summary should have between 500 – 750 words (approximately 2 – 3 pages) using Microsoft Word.

Be sure to include all three steps in your assignment.

The requirements below must be met for your paper to be accepted and graded:

• Attempt APA style, see example below.
• Use font size 12 and 1” margins.
• Include cover page.
