The 2-3 PowerPoint slides must report on integrity test in the workplace for pre-employment screening.  Please be sure to answer and address the following in the slides.  The ONLY section I need completed for this assignment is highlighted below; it is #3.

1-Did you describe the instrument (what kind of questions, how many questions, what scales or dimensions it measures)?

2-Did you explain WHY an organization would use this instrument (what is its purpose or benefit for the organization)?

 3-Did you explain HOW the organization might use the instrument (who would they give it to, and at what point in the individual's employment)?

 4-Did you discuss whether there are any potential legal or ethical challenges associated with this instrument? (Is there a way it could be offensive to test takers, be biased against a legally protected group, or easily be misused?)
