Resource: Achieving Project Goals simulation

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper in which you address the following based upon your readings and completing the simulation:

• Personal reflection (pracitce avoiding first person):
• How did completing this simulation change your perspective of project management?
• Provide examples from the simulation in your response using specific situations, locations, and project team member names.
• Realizing every project is different, analyze the advantages and limitations of using project management (not limited to the simulation).
• Describe how a project manager anticipates bottlenecks when planning for a project.
• Discuss the issues associated with "crunching" a project, which factor would you compromise - risk or time? Explain your answer.
• List and discuss four key points from the class reading assignments that are emphasized in the simulation.
