Safety in the workplace past vs present
The triangle fire of 1911 in New York City changed how safety regulations were implemented. Over the years businesses have had to bear the costs of regulations related to safety in the workplace, though the supreme court just ruled the EPA must consider the costs to corporations when forming safety regulations. Based on past history challenge or defend the idea the lives of American citizens should depend on whether or not corporations should bear the cost.
