Design your own Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) observation checklist, (there are samples in your textbook, and below). In addition, complete an actual observation either at home or work and place the findings in your observation form. This shall be completed in an non-intrusive manner.  You are simply causally observing someone while they are completing a task - whether it be at home or in a workplace.  You do not discuss this with the person, and you do not need their name or actual name of the worksite. Suggested places to observe would be campus, food courts, shopping centers, etc. Submit via Bb by 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 30, 2016.
