The purpose of this assignment will be plan and implement a formal teacher observation using the clinical model (preconference, observation, analysis and interpretation and post conference). Write a 4 page paper (not counting the title page or References) to describe and summarize your experiences.
Discuss the developmental supervision model (directive control, directive informational, collaborative and non-directive) you used in the observation and why.
Discuss your perceptions of the effectiveness of this observation process on the improvement of instruction.
Reflect on your learning from the experience. What did worked well, what would you do differently?
Include an APA cover page, References using APA format.
