You captured some of the important themes from the customer interviews and surveys, but it could have been presented in a clearer manner. I would suggest including a bulleted list that captures the most important themes and requests from the survey and interviews. It should be easy for anyone reviewing this section to see the most common answers or any trends in terms of user base. You don't need to go through each question and repeat the results - the idea here is to highlight elements that are important. Also, be sure to review the conclusions you are drawing. For example, you date that the gender of customers was fairly even, but the survey reveals that a large majority (80%) are actually female.
