The most important day for the teacher should always seems like the first day of school. The teacher meets the students and begins to build that relationship that will carry on throughout the school year. The teacher sets the tone for the class on the first day and models the classroom atmosphere she/he wants to achieve. The teacher understands every school day is a very important day for learning because a child that needs the extra support of the educator can suddenly be reached on any given day. The students that have extending issues can begin to respond at any point and time throughout the school year. The educator plans each day to make a difference in all the student’s lives. The teacher starts from the very first day evaluating and planning a way to teach each student. It is not a one day event or a first day plan. The teacher must prepare every student in one-hundred and eighty days to move to the next level and this takes every day of a school year to accomplish.
