read and respond essay

I attached an article. please read it and do the following:
the paper should be typed and double-spaced (using 11 point font) and should be approximately three full pages in length. 
 
1. Summary of the content of the article. 

2. Describe your reaction to the article by addressing some or all of the following issues: 
a. DISCUSS any findings or conclutions in which you agree or disagree;
b. Describe any findings or conclutions which you found particularly intresting (or unintresting); 
c. Describe any content which you found confusing; 
d. Which topics (if any) would you like to learn more?
