Provider a meaningful analysis report from a raw data

You work for a health insurance company that provides medical coverage for their members. You are the Quality Consultant in this healthcare organization. You received a data (data attached) from your manager to analyze and create a report for your senior leadership explaining the data in a way that makes will make sense to them. The data is a list of number of members seen at a doctor's office throughout the year. Remember, report must be in a EASY TO UNDERSTAND format.
