Write a paper in which you identify other important HR functions and analyze how you view these other human resources activities as essential for the growth of your organization. These functions could include:

Recruitment and employee selection

Utilization of human capital resources

Balancing the needs of the organization with those of the employees

Advising organizational leadership on all aspects of human resources

Provide specific examples when able to support your conclusions.
