You will be required to select a virtual project to assist in the delivery of health care. Your project can be systems-related, such as upgrading patient records to an electronic health record (EHR) format, or bringing in new technology to a community clinic. Your project can also be patient-focused, such as bringing dental services into the community health department or staring a county-wide immunization program. Your project can be human services related as well. You must, however, select a topic that relates to health care.

For this assignment, you must do the following:

• Research your potential project, and select a project that you will develop, implement, and close.
• Research similar projects to identify possible pitfalls of your project.
• Perform a SWOT analysis on the project.
• Develop a statement of work.
• Develop a mission and vision statement for your project.
• Develop SMART objectives for your project.

Write a project proposal of 2–3 pages with an accompanying PowerPoint presentation of 8–10 slides for a potential sponsor of the project.
