Then, design an individualized professional development plan. Include the following in your plan:
- Include a summary of the self-knowledge you gained as an effective online instructor, as well as your strengths and weaknesses.
- Select at least two personal challenges and formulate a plan to address those challenges.
- Discuss the process by which you will seek to increase your ability to be an effective online instructor.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including the title and reference pages.
