Principles of economic analysis, economic institutions, and issues of public policy. Emphasis on direction of production, allocation of resources, and distribution of income, through the price system (microanalysis); and international economics. 

this class is fully online, with online lectures, online exercises through aplia, and 4 exams also through aplia (which
is accessed through blackboard). work is done on your own schedule, but is due on a regular basis, with strict
deadlines. because it is a 6-week course, the pace is fast, and it will require a lot of your time.
