      In general, the assignment is to write a set of reports on the Medicare.gov databases

•        The databases described nationwide hospital, nursing home, and home health services

•        The reports should be defined in a front-end database which is linked to the three databases

•        You should have six reports for each database. 

•        Each report should be based on a different query

•        Each query should select metrics that are relevant to providing good health care, especially for someone like yourself and/or your parents

•        The reports should be activated from a switchboard form in the front-end database

•        Each report should have user-friendly titles and column headers, with neat formatting.  No typos, no bad punctuation, no truncated fields.

•        Each report should be should be on the state that you have chosen or has been assigned to you.

•        Your results should be explained in an accompanying 5-page MS Word report and illustrated in a Powerpoint presentation

•        To receive an “A” on this assignment, your database should be enhanced with any of the following:  1) MS Excel graphing and/or analysis, 2) web interfacing, and/or 3) enhanced MS Access
