Review the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (access the link posted above in the Week 5 heading area) and develop a report providing an overview of the law. Include specific dates of policy implementation, as well as your opinion on the potential successes and failures.

In addition to the resource linked above, use at least 3 other credible sources to support your work.  Cite the sources correctly in APA format throughout your paper (in-text citations) and include them on an APA-style Reference page.

Follow standard APA style (double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font) and include section headings.  Section headings are required. 

Ensure that your paper has an Introduction and a Conclusion.  Organize your paper logically so that it flows naturally from one section to the next.  Consider following this outline, or something similar:

·         Overview and Objectives of the ACA

·         Social Perspectives

·         Health Industry Perspectives

·         Employer Perspective

·         Impact and Evaluation of the ACA

·         Conclusion

Note that an overview is meant to be opinion-neutral.  When you write the overview and when you address the perspectives of different stakeholder groups, be objective and factual.  Save your opinion and assessment the final section before the conclusion.  Written work flows best when you present facts first, then a well-reasoned and well-supported assessment.
