Pro Death Penalty Research Paper

Hi I need a 6-8 research paper on why the United States should have the death penalty. The paper needs to start with a brief thesis statement and going on into the main topics/points. The four main topics I would like to be spoken about in this paper is that the Death Penalty secures justice, life without parole/life imprisonment is not guaranteed; it is painless and humane; and that it is cheaper than life in prison. Then I need two rebuttals which I would like to be spoken about how the death penalty is NOT racist nor is it not inhumane supported by statistics and facts.
