Risk uncertainty analysis paper (15 assignment grade points). Assume that the University of Phoenix has funded a project to upgrade the online classroom. The paper and UOPX originality report (Turnitin) with similarity index less than 5% must be posted by 5:59 PM PDT/PST on the due date.
