Performance Management Paper- 5pages due today

I  paid someone a downpayment to do this paper that was due at 9am this morning, and I am getting no response from them now. I need this paper ASAP!!

Discuss one specific conflict in your organization (work, school, church, football team, reading group, etc.).  What do you think caused this conflict?  Why do you feel that it has remained in your organization?  What actions can you, as a manager, take to treat this conflict?  Be sure to incorporate concepts from Performance Management into your discussion.
