Perform a SWOT analysis and description

I need help performing a swot analysis and also a description of each part.

it needs to be around 2 page with a 2x2 cell describing the the points, and at least 2 points of detailed analysis in each part.

The company that will be analyzed are Heritage Commerce Corp. and also Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.

all this needs to be done by 3/19/2014 at 10AM.
